We invited our customers to put the Transmission Plan to the test and speak their minds, live in Brussels or online from their desk.
Frankly, we could hardly wait to present our Transmission Plan. But not as an accomplished fact, because we believe in the power of user experience testing. On Monday 24 February, 11 participants from 5 different customers made the effort to come and test it all out in Brussels. Another 23 people from 11 different customers waited for the next day to do the same from their desk, during the webinar version of this Topic UAB. Product director Michel started by explaining the whys and wherefores of the new interface and functionality, and clarified how this enables users—long-term planners in particular—to step up to the next level of efficiency. As the participants opened the Transmission Plan on their PC, they discovered its state-of-the-art look and performance. But in the afternoon came the moment of truth, as the participants tested the usability of The Transmission Plan against their workflow and working methods… This kind of user experience testing always produces invaluable feedback for tweaks and further improvements. Before we process this feedback in detail, we can say at this point that we were very proud to hear ‘wows’ resounding, both live and online.
